Fair-Trade Toast for Valentine's Day

Want to celebrate Valentine's with your main squeeze without putting the squeeze on poor farmers? Pair up a few morsels of your favorite organic, fair trade chocolate with America's first fair trade beer! Maine-based Peak Organic recently brewed up their first batch of Espresso Amber Ale. It's made with organic malted barley with a generous dose of fair trade certified coffee from their neighbors at Coffee by Design. Fair trade ingredients, such as the coffee in this beer, give a better bargain to the farmers who grow and harvest the crop. But whether this beer brews justice or not, take it from me - a man who studies his beer with diligence - this beer is good to the last drop!
